About Me

Hi, I’m Emma — the baker, heart, and hands behind my little sourdough microbakery. 🤎

What started with a simple sourdough starter, a little flour, and a curiosity for old-fashioned breadmaking has grown into something I never could have imagined. What began in my kitchen as a love for baking has become a way for me to share something special with my community — one loaf, cookie, and sweet treat at a time.

I believe there is something beautiful about slowing down and doing things the traditional way. My sourdough is naturally leavened, fermented with patience, and made in small batches with simple, wholesome ingredients. Every loaf is shaped by hand and baked with the hope that it brings a little warmth and comfort to your table.

My baking is inspired by the feeling of a farmhouse kitchen — the smell of fresh bread coming from the oven, something sweet cooling on the counter, family gathered around the table, and the simple joy of sharing good food with people you love.

I’m incredibly grateful that something I love doing in my own kitchen has grown into a small business built around community, craftsmanship, and connection that has lead to working out of a commercial kitchen space.

If I am not in the kitchen, you can typically find me working around the farm in the garden with my two little boys in tow

Thank you for being here, for supporting my little bakery, and for allowing me to share a piece of my kitchen with you. From my kitchen to your table, I hope every bite feels homemade, comforting, and worth the wait. 🤎
